Refund policy
1. RETURN POLICY
- Time Frame for Returns: We have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Applicable Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Product showing signs of use, washing, stains, or damage due to mishandling will not be accepted.
- To process return for damaged items, manufacturing defects, wrong products received or any other issues a clear, continuous video recording of the package being opened is mandatory. This helps us verify any issues and ensures fair resolution. The video must clearly show the package label, sealed condition, and the issue being claimed.
- Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, feel free to contact us.
- Pickup Charges: We have a 2-days return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. In cases involving damaged items, manufacturing defects or wrong product delivered, Aashray Decor will arrange a return pickup through a reliable courier partner. After the return request is reviewed and accepted, refunds will be processed only after verification of the returned product. For returns reasons other than damaged items, manufacturing defects, or wrong product delivered, the return pickup charges/shipping charges may be adjusted from the refund amount, subject to acceptance of the return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how return the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how return the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Prepaid Order: No cancellation allowed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
3. REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to deny a return/refund if the above conditions are not met.
